Currently working within higher education, K-12, healthcare, 501(c)(3)s, and the B2B and B2C space, the business development team utilizes their creative problem-solving abilities to provide research solutions to a variety of organizations. Their hard work provides the opportunity for these entities to improve internal processes and make data-driven business decisions every day.

Job Summary   As a Director, you will have the opportunity to market our customized research to senior level executives within one of our several industries.  Directors are able to recognize needs within an organization and articulate how our services can address those challenges successfully – thus having the ability to act as an expert market research consultant within his/her practice. All Directors are also responsible for the coaching and mentoring of their Associate, an entry level lead generator/cold caller.

Individuals who possess the ability to deliver polished sales presentations that move opportunities from introduction to close

Individuals who have the capacity to manage a robust pipeline and forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessment

Individuals who are willing to be held accountable for aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Individuals who are high-energy, self-motivated, agile, and are able to think spontaneously and respond quickly

Individuals who are believers in the power of market research and possess the ability to drive urgency and decisions.

What do they require?   ·

A Bachelor’s degree demonstrating high achievement from an accredited academic institution; ·

2-5 years’ experience in a consultative sales role; ·

Proven track record of success in a high-activity sales environment by consistently meeting or exceeding all performance metrics.
