Currently working within higher education, K-12, healthcare, 501(c)(3)s, and the B2B and B2C space, the business development team utilizes their creative problem-solving abilities to provide research solutions to a variety of organizations. Their hard work provides the opportunity for these entities to improve internal processes and make data-driven business decisions every day.
Job Summary As a Director, you will have the opportunity to market our customized research to senior level executives within one of our several industries. Directors are able to recognize needs within an organization and articulate how our services can address those challenges successfully – thus having the ability to act as an expert market research consultant within his/her practice. All Directors are also responsible for the coaching and mentoring of their Associate, an entry level lead generator/cold caller.

What do they require? ·
A Bachelor’s degree demonstrating high achievement from an accredited academic institution; ·
2-5 years’ experience in a consultative sales role; ·
Proven track record of success in a high-activity sales environment by consistently meeting or exceeding all performance metrics.
